Why twelve

Twelve sounds like a lot. It isn't.

Nobody sets out to buy twelve coasters. They set out to buy one, and then they start thinking of people.

  • 01 One for the friend who overthinks everything
  • 02 One for your mum, who will pretend not to laugh
  • 03 One for the person at work who keeps you sane
  • 04 One for the housewarming you forgot about
  • 05 One for the sister who says it first
  • 06 One you are absolutely keeping

That's six, and you haven't started on Christmas. Twelve is the order people wish they'd placed the first time: a drawer of gifts that already land, and no postage to pay.

Before you ask

The bits people email us about

Do I need a discount code?

No. Add twelve coasters to your bag and two come off at checkout on their own. If you've added twelve and can't see it, email hello@letsbefrank.net.au and we'll sort it out.

So do I add ten or twelve?

Twelve. You choose twelve coasters and pay for ten. Adding ten gets you ten.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Australian shipping is free on every order over $120, and twelve coasters comes to $149.50. Click & Collect in Tasmania is always free.

Does it come gift boxed?

Yes. Orders of 6 or more arrive in our Frank gift box, and 10 to 12 come in our larger double box.

Can I mix themes and colours?

Yes. Any twelve coasters from any collection, black or white, in any combination.

What if I only want a few?

Buy five and take six for $74.75. The discount works the same way; postage is $10 because the order sits under the free shipping line.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not gift wrapping as such, but orders of 6 or more arrive in our Frank gift box, and 10 to 12 come in our larger double box. Ready to hand straight over.

Does it include earrings?

Not at the moment. The bundle runs on Squareware Statement Coasters only.

How fast will it arrive?

We dispatch within 48 hours. Standard post is $10 tracked within Australia and free over $120, or express is $14.95 if you need it sooner. New Zealand is $15.95 tracked, and international starts from $25.95 tracked.
