Our Products

Our products are thoughtfully designed and handmade by our small team in Tasmania, Australia. We take pride in every item we create to bring you a quality experience.

Returns and Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can choose to return your product for store credit or exchange it for another item.

Exceptions to our Return Policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged).
  • Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

If You Have an Account:

  1. Log in to our online return portal with your email address and order ID.
  2. Select the products you wish to return or exchange.
  3. Print your prepaid shipping label (sent via email).
  4. Ship items back to us using the provided label.

If You Don’t Have an Account or Received a Damaged Product:

For Lost or Damaged Returns:
